Skandal Scorpene: Kita Ada Bukti Kukuh - Joseph BrehamPeguam Perancis, Joseph Breham berkata pihaknya mempunyai bukti kukuh untuk mengerakkan siasatan ke atas skandal pembelian kapal selam Scorpene.
Beliau berkata isu utama yang mengundang syak sekitar perolehan kapal selam ini adalah pembayaran RM534.8 juta ringgit kepada syarikat Perimekar Sdn Bhd, sebagai upah kepada 'kerja-kerja sokongan'.
"Kita mempunyai laporan akaun Perimekar pada tahun 2001 dan 2002," kata Joseph Breham dalam satu temubual bersama portal Malaysiakini, dan menambah "bagaimanapun syarikat ini dengan tiba-tiba mendapat 114 juta euro dalam akaun bank mereka. Ini mengundang syak. Lebih-lebih lagi apabila pemegang saham utama syarikat ini adalah isteri kepada rakan karib Menteri Pertahanan pada masa itu,"
Joseph merujuk kepada isteri Abdul Razak Baginda, Maslinda.
"Jika kita lihat fakta bahawa Altantuya Shaariibuu dibunuh oleh pengiring Perdana Menteri, serta pemadaman rekod-rekod imigresen Altantuya ke negara ini, lantas menunjukkan ada pegawai tertinggi tertentu yang mahu menghilangkan bukti Altantuya berada di negara ini," -tvsel
